Why players cash out in crypto
A skin withdrawal depends on stock. The site has to have the skin you want, through its own bots or another player selling it, and Steam has to deliver it. If your account does not have Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator active, trade holds can delay that delivery further. When a popular skin is out of stock, you wait or pick something else.
A crypto withdrawal skips that. You choose an amount and a coin, paste an address, and the site sends it. Speed mostly comes down to two things: whether the site processes the request automatically or has someone review it, and how many network confirmations the coin needs. Large first withdrawals are the most likely to be reviewed by hand.
Crypto deposits work the same way in reverse. The site gives you an address, and your balance is credited once the transfer has enough confirmations. Our guide to using crypto on Rust gambling sites covers fees and timing in more depth.
Picking a coin
All nine sites accept the same coins, so the choice is about your own wallet and the size of the withdrawal.
| Coin | Good for | Watch for |
|---|---|---|
| BTC | The most widely held coin, accepted by every exchange | Fees and waiting times rise when the network is busy, which hurts small withdrawals |
| ETH | Wide wallet and exchange support | Gas fees can take a noticeable bite out of a small cash-out |
| LTC | Cheap transfers of small amounts | Confirm your wallet or exchange supports it before you withdraw |
| SOL | Low fees | Needs a Solana address, which is not interchangeable with an Ethereum one |
| USDT, USDC | Value pegged to the dollar between your win and your cash-out | Both exist on several networks, and the network must match on both ends |
| TRX | Low fees, often used to move USDT | Tron addresses start with a T and cannot receive coins sent on other networks |
| XRP | Fast settlement | Many exchanges require a destination tag, and a missing tag can mean a long support ticket |
| BNB | Low fees on BNB Smart Chain | More than one BNB network exists, so match the network exactly |
| DOGE | Low fees | Large price swings between withdrawal and sale |
For most withdrawals under a few hundred dollars, we reach for a stablecoin on a cheap network or a low-fee coin like LTC or SOL. BTC makes more sense for larger amounts you plan to hold.
The four we would cash out from
RustEasy has the highest payout score we give (9.4) and the highest trust score (9.3). Besides the ten coins, it pays out in Rust skins, CS2 skins and to card, so you can split a cash-out between methods. CSGOCORN adds a 5% deposit bonus.
RustClash scores 8.5 for payouts and is second overall. It takes gift cards for deposits as well as crypto and skins, which helps if you are funding an account without a wallet, then cashing out in coins later. CSGOCORN gives three free cases and a 5% deposit bonus.
RustyLoot is third overall with an 8.0 payout score. Its NEWCORN code gives $2.00 free on signup, and the full coin list is available for withdrawals.
Howl.gg is the option if you want a fiat route too. It is the only site in our data with bank transfers for deposits and withdrawals, alongside crypto, card and Rust skins. It has been running since 2017, and CSGOCORN gives a 25% instant rakeback boost.
Further down the table, RustBattle puts crypto front and center with a "No fiat? No problem" banner in its lobby, and RustChance takes only crypto and Rust skins, with no card option at all. Bandit.Camp, RustReaper and RustMagic also pay out in all ten coins. Codes for every site are on the bonus codes page.
Before your first crypto withdrawal
- Make a small test withdrawal first, even if the site's minimum is low. It shows you the fee and the timing, and confirms your address works.
- Pick the network on the site and in your wallet before you copy anything, and make sure they match.
- Paste the address, then check the first and last few characters against your wallet. Clipboard malware that swaps addresses is real.
- Add the destination tag or memo if your exchange asks for one.
- Read the minimum withdrawal and the fee the site charges on top of the network fee.
- Note the coin price at the moment you withdraw. The site converts your balance at that price.
What crypto does not change
Paying in coins does not lower the house edge on any game. It also does not change who is allowed to play: every site in this table restricts the US and the UK, and terms commonly allow a site to close an account that uses a VPN to get around that. Price swings cut both ways, so a win held in a volatile coin can shrink before you sell it. Tax treatment depends on where you live.
For safe habits with both skins and coins, read our guide to depositing and withdrawing safely. Fast payouts make it easy to redeposit just as fast, so if you notice that pattern, our responsible gambling page lists blocking tools and support lines.
