These terms govern your use of RustGamblingReviews at https://www.rustgamblingreviews.com, which is run by the operator of RustGamblingReviews ("we", "us" or "our"). We have tried to write them in plain language, but they are still a binding agreement between you and us, so please read them.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy and cookie policy, which explain how we handle personal data and cookies. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Some features, such as the user review form, may show additional rules next to them. Those rules form part of these terms. If they conflict with these terms, the more specific rule applies to that feature.
2. Eligibility: 18+ and your local law
The site is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use it, or older if the minimum legal age for gambling where you live is higher.
Online gambling, including gambling with video game skins, is restricted or illegal in many countries and regions. Many of the sites we review do not accept players from the United States or the United Kingdom, and most have their own lists of restricted countries. 3. What RustGamblingReviews is, and what it is not
RustGamblingReviews is an information service. We publish reviews, rankings, comparisons, guides and bonus code listings about Rust skin gambling sites, written by our editorial team.
- We are not a gambling operator. We do not accept bets, take deposits, run games, or hold funds, skins, crypto or accounts for anyone.
- We are not a party to any agreement between you and a gambling site, and we do not act as an agent for either side.
- Our content is general information. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation that you, personally, should gamble.
- Scores and rankings are editorial opinions produced with the method published on our how we rate page. They describe what we found when we tested a site. They are not a promise about how that site will treat you.

4. Third-party sites and affiliate links

We do not own or control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, games, odds, terms, payouts, security, privacy practices or conduct. When you visit a third-party site, you do so at your own risk and under that site's own terms.
Any dispute about deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, game results, identity checks, account closures or anything else that happens on a third-party site is between you and that site. We are glad to hear about problems with sites we list, and credible reports can lead us to re-test a site or remove it from our rankings, but we cannot act on your behalf, intervene in a dispute or recover funds or items.
5. Accuracy of information and no warranty
We test sites and check our facts carefully, but gambling sites change their games, payment methods, fees, limits, terms and restricted countries regularly, often without notice. 6. Bonus codes and promotions
Bonus codes, free cases, signup balances, deposit bonuses, rakeback offers and other promotions listed on RustGamblingReviews are offered by the third-party sites, not by us. Sites can change, limit, pause or withdraw a promotion at any time. Every promotion is subject to that site's own terms, which may include wagering requirements, minimum deposits, maximum win caps, expiry dates, one-per-person rules and country restrictions.
We check the codes on our bonus codes page regularly, but we cannot guarantee that a code will work, that you will be eligible for it, or that the offer will match our description at the moment you claim it. Read the promotion terms on the site before claiming. We are not responsible if a site refuses, voids, reduces or changes a bonus, or closes an account over bonus use.
7. User submissions
7.1 What you can submit
You can submit reviews of the sites we cover (with a display name, an optional email address, a rating and your text) and send us messages through the contact form. How we store and use this information is explained in our privacy policy.
7.2 The licence you give us
You keep ownership of anything you write. By submitting a review, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, publish, display and translate it on RustGamblingReviews, and to edit it for length, formatting or to remove material that breaks the rules below. This licence lasts for as long as we keep the review on the site. We will not edit a review in a way that changes its meaning. You can ask us to remove your review at any time.
By submitting, you confirm that the review is your own work, that it is based on your genuine experience of the site, and that publishing it will not break any law or infringe anyone else's rights.
7.3 Moderation rules
Every submission is moderated. We may refuse, edit for formatting or remove any submission at our discretion, and we do not have to give a reason. We will not publish submissions that:
- are fake, paid for, written by or for a site operator or its competitor, or posted in bulk
- contain referral links, promo codes, personal contact details or advertising of any kind
- are abusive, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit or harassing towards anyone
- contain another person's personal data, such as real names, addresses or Steam profile links
- make serious factual accusations you cannot support, or are likely to be defamatory
- encourage gambling by minors, or explain how to get around age checks, country restrictions or self-exclusion
- are off-topic, spam, or copied from somewhere else
Publishing a review does not mean we agree with it. User reviews are the opinions of the people who wrote them. They do not change our editorial scores by themselves, although we read them and a pattern of similar reports can prompt a re-check.
8. Acceptable use
When you use the site, you agree not to:
- use it if you are under 18, or if accessing gambling-related content is illegal where you are
- copy, scrape or republish our reviews, scores or rankings in bulk, or access the site with automated tools in a way that places an unreasonable load on it
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, probe, test or disrupt the site, its admin area, its database or its servers
- manipulate our click records, analytics or user ratings, for example by generating fake clicks on /go/ links or posting reviews under several names
- impersonate RustGamblingReviews, our editors or anyone else, including in messages to other players
- upload or send malware, phishing links, fake trade offers or anything else designed to steal accounts or items
- use the contact form to send spam, unsolicited marketing or threats
We may block or restrict access for any person, device or network that breaks these rules, and we may report illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
9. Intellectual property
The text, scores, rankings, comparison tables, guides, design and original graphics on RustGamblingReviews, and the way they are selected and arranged, belong to the operator of RustGamblingReviews or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may read our pages, share links to them, and quote short extracts with a clear link back to the source page. Any other use, including republishing whole reviews or our scores, needs our written permission.

The names and logos of the gambling sites we review belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify those sites. In-game imagery from Rust remains the property of its owner.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator of RustGamblingReviews, its editors and its contributors will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, your inability to use it, or your reliance on anything published on it. This includes, without limitation:
- money, skins, crypto or other items lost while gambling, depositing, withdrawing or trading on any third-party site
- a site's refusal or failure to pay out, a frozen or closed account, or a bonus that was changed, voided or not credited
- scams, fake trade offers, phishing or account theft on Steam or any other platform
- loss of profits, revenue, data, opportunity or goodwill
- any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss
- interruptions, errors, delays or unavailability of the site
The site is free to use, and you do not pay us anything to access it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you use the site as a consumer, you also keep any mandatory rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of RustGamblingReviews and its editors from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and reasonable costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your breach of these terms, from content you submit, or from your misuse of the site. This does not apply to the extent that a loss was caused by our own breach or negligence, and it applies only as far as the law protecting consumers in your country allows.
12. Changes to the site and to these terms
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time, including individual reviews, rankings, features and bonus listings, without notice.
We may also update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect new features or changes in the law. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the site after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them or from your use of the site, are governed by the law of the place where the operator of RustGamblingReviews is established. The courts of that place have jurisdiction over any such dispute.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not take away the protection of mandatory rules in the country where you live, and you may also be entitled to bring a claim in the courts of that country.
Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us and give us a chance to resolve the issue. Most problems can be sorted out by email.
14. General
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in full effect. If we do not enforce a right straight away, that does not mean we have given it up. These terms, together with the policies they refer to, make up the whole agreement between you and us about your use of the site. You may not transfer your rights under these terms to anyone else. We may transfer ours to any future operator of the site.
