Old-school jackpot, few extras

RustyPot review

2.9/5

Below average · #9 of 10 in our ranking

RustyPot has run Rust skin jackpot and coinflip since 2017, but that is nearly all it does. No crypto, no live chat and an experimental-version warning on the lobby put it ninth of ten.

What we like

  • Running since 2017, one of the oldest sites we rank
  • Simple classic jackpot and coinflip format
  • $1.00 free balance with code CSGOCORN
  • Card withdrawals listed alongside Rust skins

What could be better

  • Only two game modes, the fewest in our ranking
  • No crypto deposits or withdrawals at all
  • No live chat, only email and Discord
  • Lobby warns you are on an experimental version of the site

Two game modes, three payment methods and no crypto. RustyPot is a jackpot and coinflip site that has been running since 2017, and the lobby we captured in October 2026 suggests it is partway through a rebuild.

We rank it ninth of ten. Its age counts for something, and the format is simple enough that there is little to misunderstand. But the game list is the thinnest in our ranking, there is no live chat, and an experimental-version warning on the front page is not what you want to read on a site you are about to send skins to. This is a cautious review, and we would ask you to read it that way.

An old site in the middle of a rebuild

RustyPot keeps the classic red-on-black jackpot layout. The top menu shows Jackpot and Coinflip, each with a $0.00 pot value beside it, and a third tab called Packs marked New. A Steam sign-in link sits on the right.

When we loaded the page on 29 October 2026, an overlay across the middle told us we were using an experimental version of the website, that some features might not work as expected, and that we should open a support ticket if we ran into problems. An "I understand" button dismisses it. We appreciate the warning. It also means anyone depositing right now is, in effect, testing the new build with their own skins.

Behind the overlay, the jackpot panel showed $0.00, a 120 countdown and a 0/200 counter, which we read as the item limit for one round. Below it are a "Login to deposit" bar and a "Current items" bar. On the left, the History panel was stuck on Loading, and the "Largest pot" box underneath read "null won $0.00 with a 0.00% Chance". That is a placeholder that failed to fill in. A small thing, but it was the second part of the page that was not working when we looked.

The right column holds the chat (showing 0 users while we were logged out) and an Announcements box that points to the Discord for giveaways, with a "Press me for luck" button. Packs is not one of the modes in our site data, so we have not scored it and would treat it as untested.

Online since 2017, and what that does and does not prove

RustyPot is one of three sites in our ten that date from 2017, along with RustEasy and Howl.gg. A long run means a long trail of player reports to read and several years of keeping up with changes to Steam trading. It does not tell you the current version is well maintained. Our trust score is 6.0 out of 10.

  • Provably fair: yes. On a jackpot site this usually works by tickets: each item you add buys a range of tickets in proportion to its value, and the round's seed picks the winning ticket. The Largest pot box even refers to a ticket number.
  • KYC: no routine ID checks. A large or flagged withdrawal can still be held for verification.
  • Restricted countries: the United States and the United Kingdom.
  • Minimum deposit: $5.

Our advice is simple. If you try RustyPot, deposit close to the minimum, play a round or two, and complete a withdrawal before you put in anything you would mind losing to a bug.

Getting the $1.00 signup credit

The offer is $1.00 of free balance with the code CSGOCORN. That is more than Bandit.Camp, RustReaper or RustChance give away, and half of what RustyLoot and RustBattle offer. Our bonus score is 5.5, because with only two games there is not much you can do with it.

  1. Open RustyPot from the Visit button on this page, or type the address in yourself.
  2. Click Sign In and log in through Steam. Check the address bar reads steamcommunity.com before you type a password.
  3. Dismiss the experimental-version notice once you have read it.
  4. Find the promo or affiliate code field in your account settings and enter CSGOCORN.
  5. Check the $1.00 shows in your balance, then read the terms on how it can be used and withdrawn.

Think about what $1.00 means on a pot site. As an example, if a jackpot round reaches $50 and your $1.00 is in it, your chance of winning is about 2%. You will most likely lose it in one round. Our bonus codes page lists bigger offers elsewhere.

Jackpot, coinflip and not much else

Our data lists exactly two modes, and the games score of 6.0 reflects that. Every other site we rank has at least six.

Jackpot

Players add skins to a shared pot until the timer runs out or the item cap is reached. Your chance of winning equals your share of the total value, and the winner takes the pot minus the site's commission. Adding more value raises your chance but never makes it certain, and a single big deposit from another player can shrink your odds in the last seconds. Our coinflip and jackpot guide explains how the fee changes the maths.

Coinflip

Two players put up roughly matching value and the flip decides who takes both stakes, again minus a fee. Check how close the values have to be before you join someone else's flip, and look at what the other side has staked, since you are betting against a person rather than the house.

Both modes need other players in the room. When traffic is low, rounds take longer to fill, and you have nothing else on the site to play while you wait. If these two games are what you want, our jackpot ranking and coinflip ranking show where they are run better.

No crypto at the cashier

RustyPot is the only site in our ten with no cryptocurrency at all. You deposit with Rust skins, a card or a gift card, and you withdraw to Rust skins or a card.

MethodDepositWithdraw
Rust skinsYesYes
CS2 skinsNoNo
Credit or debit cardYesYes
Gift cardsYesNo
Any cryptocurrencyNoNo

Payout speed scored 6.0. Without crypto, your options are skins or a card. A skin withdrawal depends on whether the site has the item you want in stock and on your Steam account being able to trade, which means Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator active and no trade hold on your side. A card withdrawal depends on the payment processor and your bank. On either route, a large amount can be paused for a manual check. Card payments can also carry processor fees, so read the total before confirming.

Before any skin trade, check the offer in Steam itself rather than trusting a pop-up on a website. Our guide on depositing and withdrawing Rust skins safely shows what to look for, and Steam Support explains trade holds.

Checking rounds and reaching support

For a jackpot round, the check is to take the revealed seed, confirm it matches the hash published before the round, and work out which ticket it points to. That ticket should fall inside the winner's range. Our provably fair guide walks through it.

Support scored 5.5, one of the lowest marks in our ranking. RustyPot lists email and Discord, with no live chat. The experimental-version notice asks you to open a support ticket if something breaks, which fits an email setup, but it means waiting on a reply while a round you think went wrong sits unresolved. If you use the Discord, ignore anyone who messages you first claiming to be staff, and never share your Steam login or API key. Our Steam scam guide covers the common tricks.

If a round looks wrong on the experimental build, screenshot the pot, the timer and your items before you do anything else. With no live chat, that record is what support will need.

Who might still like it

RustyPot suits a narrow group: players who only want classic skin jackpot and coinflip, do not use crypto, and like a site that has been around for years. If that is you, the format is honest about what it is.

Everyone else should probably skip it for now. That includes anyone who wants crypto payouts, live chat, cases or battles, and anyone uneasy about depositing on a build the site itself calls experimental.

Better places to play jackpot and coinflip

RustyLoot runs both jackpot and coinflip, adds six more modes, offers $2.00 free on signup and supports crypto and live chat. For most RustyPot regulars it is the obvious upgrade.

Howl.gg also dates from 2017 and also runs jackpot and coinflip, but with crypto, bank transfers and live chat. RustEasy, our top-ranked site, covers both modes and accepts CS2 skins too. Our comparison table lines all ten up.

Pot games move fast once a few players join. Decide how many rounds you will play before you deposit, and if that limit keeps slipping, our responsible gambling page has tools and helplines.

Our verdict

2.9/5

RustyPot is a survivor from an older era of Rust gambling: skins in, a shared pot, one winner. The format is easy to understand and the site has been around since 2017. That is most of the good news. It offers two modes, no crypto and no live chat, and the lobby we captured in October warned of an experimental build with features that may not work, plus a stats box showing a null value. We would only use it with small amounts, and most players will be better served higher up our table.

RustyPot FAQ

Is RustyPot still working?

Yes, but when we captured the lobby in October 2026 it showed a notice saying we were on an experimental version where some features may not work. Keep first deposits small until that notice is gone.

Does RustyPot accept crypto?

No. RustyPot is the only site in our ranking with no cryptocurrency options. Deposits use Rust skins, cards or gift cards, and withdrawals go to Rust skins or cards.

What is the RustyPot promo code?

Use CSGOCORN for $1.00 of free balance after signing in with Steam. Read the terms on using and withdrawing it.

What games does RustyPot have?

Jackpot and coinflip. A Packs tab marked New also appears in the menu, but it is not part of the modes we have scored.

How do I contact RustyPot support?

By email or through the Discord server. There is no live chat.
